  This office is extremely rude. I've called several times and spoke with different girls each time, all which were very rude, I will absolutely not be doing my business here at this office!

  Worst customer service. I called in to try to get a quote to my existing plan with my parents. Before I could even provide any info on the car or the plan, the lady Courtney began to tell me how I'm not suppose to be on the plan with my parents and how I should be removed from the plan cause they're doing it wrong. At that moment I realized she had no interest in helping. The worst experience I've ever had in customer service. Really glad I got to see this side of Allstate, they'll be losing customer of almost 10 years. Thanks Courtney!
